Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery at oreganofiy@gmail.com with your order number.

Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the product price within 7 working days via bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
